In this Arts and Craft House, the Sunken Garden was designed to restore the site of an old rose garden, it can be accessed from the drive via an wrought iron gate, and the sunken garden links to the back garden via the seating area, from which, it is possible to look down the rill to the wall sculpture and pond, and in the other direction, distant views of Ashdown Forest.
